Vice President of Financial Affairs
Güventürk Kalaslıoğlu
He was born in 1965 in Gaziantep. He graduated from Denizli Sarayköy High School in 1982 and from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Economics in 1986. Between 1997-2007, within the Uzel Group, he served in the following duties respectively; Uzel Holding A.Ş. Audit Director, Uzel Makine Sanayi A.Ş. Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs, Döktaş Dökümcülük Sanayi A.Ş. Member of the Audit Board, Uzel Holding A.Ş. Vice President of Financial Affairs, Vice President of Corporate Compliance at Uzel Corporation NV and Board Member at Uzel Companies. He was elected as the Chairman of the Financial Advisory Committee of the İstanbul Chamber of Commerce in 2018, and this duty still continues. He was appointed as the CFO of Kuzu Group in January 2021, following his consultancy service to Kuzu Group between 2011 and 2021, and his duty still continues.

Şükrü Arkadakalmaz
He was born in 1975 in Nevşehir. He graduated from Kocaeli Körfez Yarımca High School in 1992. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering in 1996. In 2008, he joined KUZU Mass Housing Construction company. Between 2008 and 2011, he managed the construction works of Istanbul Kayabaşı 7th Region 1340 Residences, 8th Region 912 Residences and 9th Region 888 Housing Constructions, Infrastructure and Landscaping projects. Between 2011-2013, he managed the construction works of Istanbul Bahçeşehir 2nd Region-Spradon Valley 1037 Housing Project. Between 2013-2019, he served as the project manager of İstanbul Bakırköy, Sea Pearl Ataköy 1401 Housing, Hotel and Hospital Projects and the Projects Director of all superstructure works. Successful work of him has been continuing in Kuzu Group senior management since 2019. He is married with two children.

Dr. Mehmet Emre Baştopçu
He was born in 1975 in Ankara. He graduated from Robert College in 1993. He graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Civil Engineering in 1997. He completed his Master's Degree in the same department at Boğaziçi University in 2000, and earned his PhD in 2006. In 2003, he joined KUZU Mass Housing Construction company and was involved in the private sector operation of İSKİ Wastewater Treatment Plants, which is a first in Turkey. Between 2008-2012, he carried out the construction of İstanbul Paşaköy, Tuzla and Düzce advanced biological wastewater treatment plants, and between 2009-2015 the World Bank Antalya Hurma, İSKİ Büyükçekmece, Çanta and Silivri Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Within the scope of these projects, in the field of environmental technologies in Turkey; he managed to break new ground in many applications such as cogeneration sludge drying, wastewater SF-UV recovery, advanced odor removal. In the period of 2017-2020, he played a managerial role in winning and realizing the tenders for the works of West Tehran, Beirut Burj Hammoud Wastewater Treatment Plant, BUSKİ Sludge Incineration and İSKİ Baltalimanı Wastewater Treatment Plant, with loans from the Islamic Development and European Investment Bank. During his management, KUZU Group became an international leading player in the field of environmental technologies. He is married with three children.

A.OLGA ÖZKAYA
He was born in Ankara in 1974. He graduated from Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration and Department of Public Relations. He started his business life in 1994 with the sale of Bilkent II and Bilkent III Residences. He joined İstanbul Spradon Evler and KUZU Group in 2006. Between 2007-2011, he managed the Sales and Marketing organization of Keçiören Divan Residences 428 Residences, between 2015-2021 Kuzu Effect 256 Residences/Offices and Kumru Ankara 166 Housing Projects. With over 25 years of industry experience, he has broken new ground in the sales sector by adapting to changing times, technology and conditions, developing strategies, and being on the field at every stage from the project process to the delivery process. He is married and is a mother of two children.
