Dear Employee/Trainee Candidate,

1.As KUZU TOPLU KONUT İNŞAAT A.Ş (Şenlikköy Mah. Yeşilköy Cad. No. 19 Bakırköy/Istanbul), we are processing your personal data that you have shared with us pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”)in the capacity of Data Controller, within the scope of the purpose that requires their processing and in connection with this purpose, in a limited and measured way, keeping its accuracy and up-to-date form, within the scope described below.

2.According to the Labor Law No. 4857, article 419 of Law of Obligations No. 6098, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, and the relevant legislation, our Company may collect the following with regards to the Employee Candidates applying for a job

Name, address, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number and other contact information,

Resume, cover letter, past or relevant work experience or other experience, educational status, transcript,

Language test results or supporting or explanatory documents related to the job application,

Recordings of information obtained during the interview using tools such as video conferencing, phone, or of a face-to-face interview,

The references you have specified in your job application and the information obtained as a result of the checks made to confirm the accuracy of your information,

3.The data we process can be collected by non-automatic methods such as job application forms in paper form, or by automatic methods through our website www.kuzugrup.com or CVs sent via e-mail, or through portals such as Kariyer.net.

4.Carrying out the selection and placement processes of employee candidates, interns/students and the application processes of employee candidates constitute our main data processing purpose in the "Employee Candidacy" process. For example, in this context, your education information and professional experience are assessed in terms of candidate selection. The following constitute the main legal basis for our data processing purposes provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract (for example, it is necessary to assess your previous professional experience in order to establish your employment contract), it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation (for example, employment procedure in connection with İş-Kur), the legitimate interests of the data controller , provided that the data subject has been made public by himself/herself, data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (for example, legal disputes related to the candidacy process), provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed. (For example, if the candidate comes to our workplace for a job interview, especially applications such as security cameras and identity check at the entrance). Where it is not possible for us to rely on these provisions, we ask for your express consent.

5.As a rule, we can request your data regarding criminal convictions and security measures, if you give your consent, based on the principles we have stated above, for required situations and positions. However, due to the terrorist incidents in our country in recent years, we are making this application more comprehensively for general security reasons and we request your consent in this regard (1).

6.In the context of your candidacy, we strongly recommend that you refrain from stating any personal information that is not directly related to your competencies, and especially your private (sensitive) data (person's race, ethnic origin, political opinion, philosophical belief, religion, sect or other beliefs, disguise and dress, association, foundation or union membership, health, sexual life, criminal conviction and security measures, biometric and genetic data), and that you blacken out the relevant parts in the CV and documents you have given in writing, if any. In addition, for the personal data of the reference person(s) in your CV (Name, Surname, phone, e-mail, etc.), we strongly recommend that you inform us, knowing that it is your responsibility to inform the person in question and to obtain their explicit consent(s). 

7.In order to carry out the recruitment and evaluation processes of our company and to evaluate your application, your personal data may be transferred in a limited and measured manner. In this context, only authorized persons working within our Company or not within our Company, as "Data Processor" under a confidentiality agreement (such as Hosting Services, Database Maintenance Services, HR-Recruitment Consultancy, Evaluation/Assessment Organizations), can access your information, provided that they are related to the purpose of recruitment. In order to carry out the recruitment and assessment processes of our company and to assess your application, your personal data may be transferred in a limited and measured manner. Your Personal Data is shared with other third parties, in order to protect the legal rights and interests of our Company, in connection with processes such as mergers and acquisitions related to our Company and our Group, in relation to fulfilling the requests of administrative and judicial authorities, Regarding fulfilling the requests of administrative and judicial authorities, and in case it is necessary for the protection of life or physical integrity of the person or another person, who is unable to express his or her consent due to the actual impossibility stipulated in Article 5 of the Law, or whose consent is not given legal validity, In case it is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, It is mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation, In case the data subject has been made public by himself/herself, Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.

8.In accordance with Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data; a) to learn whether your personal data has been processed, b) to request information if it has been processed, c) to learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, ç) to know the third parties to which it has been transferred to, d) to request correction if it has been processed incompletely / incorrectly, e) to be deleted/destroyed within the framework of the stipulated conditions within Article 7 of the KVKK, f) to request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subparagraphs (d) and (e) above, to the third parties to whom it has been transferred to, g) to object to the emergence of a result against you because it is analyzed exclusively by automated systems, ğ) to request the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data.

9.You may forward your request including the necessary information to identify you in order to exercise your above-mentioned rights, and your explanations regarding your right that you request to exercise from the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law to “(ŞENLIKKÖY MAH. By completing the application form/sharing his/her CV with our Company, the candidate confirms the accuracy of the information he/she has stated on the form/CV and accepts that he/she has read and understood the clarification text above, and has given his/her consent regarding its content, when he/she applies for candidacy.
